feeding and accommodation
CFI provides separate hostels for both male and female students. Once a student is admitted as a full-time student, they will have access to accommodation.
Students who are offered a 100% scholarship will also have access to free accommodation and meals.
For couples (husband and wife) applying to any of our programs, please note that CFI does not have specific accommodation for couples. If you and your spouse wish to enroll in our programs and stay on campus, you will be separated. The husband will stay in the male hostel while the wife will be accommodated in the female hostel.
very important
CFI provides beds and occasionally pillows, but it is mandatory for all students to bring their own mosquito nets, bathing buckets, drinking cans, food flasks or plates for meal collection, as well as spoons and cups.
Please note that students are prohibited from bringing food items such as raw yams, cassava, beans, rice, etc. Cooking utensils, including pots, are strictly prohibited as no student residing on campus is permitted to cook.
Every student applying to study with CFI should be aware of the weather conditions in Jos. Therefore, it is essential for each student to bring a cold jacket as protection against the harsh weather.
