FREE ACCOMMODATION

CFI provides separate hostels for male and female students. Once a student is admitted as a full-time student, they will have access to accommodation.

Students who are offered a 100% scholarship will also have access to free accommodation and meals.

For couples (husband and wife) applying to any of our programmes, please note that CFI does not provide specific accommodation for couples. If you and your spouse wish to enrol in our programmes and stay on campus, you will be accommodated separately. The husband will stay in the male hostel, while the wife will be accommodated in the female hostel.

VERY IMPORTANT

CFI provides beds and, occasionally, pillows. However, it is mandatory for all students to bring their own mosquito nets, bathing buckets, drinking cups or cans, food flasks or plates for meal collection, spoons, and cups.

Please note that students are prohibited from bringing food items such as raw yams, cassava, beans, rice, and other similar food items.

Cooking utensils, including pots, are strictly prohibited, as students residing on campus are not permitted to cook.

Every student applying to study at CFI should be aware of the weather conditions in Jos. The weather can be quite cold, especially during certain periods of the year. Therefore, each student is advised to bring a warm jacket and other appropriate clothing to protect against the cold weather.
